Before you take legal action against me, please know that there is no need to do this: I will be very cooperative in following up on your requests and removing the content you want.

"loonex.eu" is not a generic streaming website, but a place where I, a person, share cartoons with other people in a completely free and disinterested way and not for profit.
The purpose is to create a community where people can share opinions about a cartoon they want to watch.
There is no intent to harm you companies! It is you who create the cartoons that we enjoy so much.
For this reason, I will be more than willing to remove as quickly as possible (usually in less than 24 hours) the content you request.
There is therefore no need to take legal action against me!
However, I must protect myself from bogus or counterfeit DMCA requests.

Credo che voi siate un legale o un rappresentante del detentore dei diritti di un cartone animato presente su questo sito web.
Prima di intraprendere azioni legali nei miei confronti, sappiate che non c'è bisogno di fare ciò: Sarò molto collaborativo nel seguire le vostre richieste ed eliminare i contenuti che volete.

"loonex.eu" non è un sito web generico di streaming, ma un luogo dove io, una persona, condivide con altre persone dei cartoni animati in modo completamente gratuito e disinteressato e non a scopo di lucro.
Lo scopo è quello di creare una comunità dove le persone possono condividere pareri su un cartone che vogliono guardare.
Non c'è alcun intento di danneggiare voi aziende! Siete voi che create i cartoni che tanto ci piacciono.
Per questo motivo, sarò più che disponibile nel rimuovere nel più breve tempo possibile (in genere in meno di 24 ore) i contenuti da voi richiesti.
Non è quindi necessario intraprendere azioni legali nei miei confronti!
Non credo che vi interessi, ma sarei disposto a fare una collaborazione su piattaforme come YouTube qualora siate interessati.
Ad ogni modo, devo tutelarmi da richieste DMCA fasulle o contraffatte.
Per questo motivo è richiesta la seguente documentazione al fine di poter dare luogo alla vostra richiesta:

- Una descrizione dell'opera protetta da copyright che si ritiene sia stata violata;

- il vostro indirizzo, numero di telefono e indirizzo e-mail;
- Una dichiarazione in cui l'utente afferma di ritenere in buona fede che l'uso contestato non è autorizzato dal proprietario del copyright, dal suo agente o dalla legge;
